As part of our growth, we are looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Manager
We are looking for a high-performing professional to own the digital marketing strategy and execution in Switzerland. You will be responsible for defining and executing digital strategies that fuel lead generation, optimize conversion, and increase marketing ROI. You will work with a cross-functional digital team and collaborate with regional/global stakeholders, brand, sales, and IT to ensure seamless execution across the funnel.
Your key responsibilities :
Develop and Execute Digital Strategies
Design and execute digital strategies aligned with business and category goals
Lead activation across key channels: paid media, SEO/SEM, email, CRO, website, etc.
Define and roll out a targeted social media strategy (Meta advertising)
Stay ahead of digital trends and translate them into growth opportunities
Build full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion
Champion user-centric experiences across all touchpoints
Drive Performance Optimization Through Data
Define audience personas to drive segmentation and targeting
Own and optimize digital KPIs: traffic, CPL, CVR, bounce rate
Build and maintain dashboards to track performance and guide decisions
Analyze campaign results and generate actionable insights
Lead CRO and UX initiatives to improve website performance
Use AI and automation tools to support smart, compliant marketing execution
Management
Manage and develop the Digital Specialist
Own the digital marketing budget and drive ROI-focused decisions
Optimize tools, platforms, and agency collaborations at local and global level
What we are looking for:
7–10 years’ experience in performance marketing, full-funnel strategy and digital execution
Hands-on and strategic, equally comfortable designing a roadmap, briefing an agency, optimizing campaigns, or presenting results to leadership
Deep expertise in performance media, SEO/SEM, analytics, MarTech, and website optimization, with strong technical and data literacy
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (sales, brand, IT, external partners)
Fluent in both French and English. German would be an asset
