Overview Partner Solution Sales, Cloud & AI - DACH at Microsoft. The role leads partner sellers and Microsoft sellers to combine strengths and maximize collaborative effectiveness, focusing on customer success with the Microsoft Cloud&AI platform and helping partners maximize earnings through effective use of partner incentives and investment programs. This opportunity supports accelerating the AI transformation in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) within SME&C, a fast-growing, AI-powered global sales team dedicated to partners and customer success.
In line with Microsoft’s Flexible Work approach, the office footprint is defined in agreement with the employee and manager.
Responsibilities Accelerate and close Azure Cloud & AI pipeline with assigned partners and leverage investments to drive pipeline velocity in the Corporate business.
Be accountable for Azure Cloud & AI revenue forecasts across the partner portfolio.
Drive Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and System Integrator (SI) revenue growth through a scalable portfolio of partners and coach partners on the value of Microsoft solution area plays and the corresponding sales levers to drive strong business outcomes.
Be responsible for Top Deals with pinned partners and updating information in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool).
Utilize investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and encourage deployment and consumption.
Achieve 40% of the total dollar value of all won/completed opportunities through co-sell with pinned partners.
Support partners in advancing key deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges.
Act as a change agent internally and a thought leader externally to be part of the largest transformational change in the industry.
Develop and execute a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan with assigned partners, driving sales through co-sell strategies including Territory Planning to achieve quarterly CSA FRA across the Corporate Business.
Lead partners\' commercial performance and drive sustainable sales impact to customers.
Drive CSP revenue through partner portfolio and coach on Microsoft solution area plays and incentives.
Enhance consultative selling skills through MCEM training and pursue additional learning opportunities.
Qualifications Hands-on experience in consultative selling of Cloud&AI services, from consulting on complex business challenges to securing customer commitment in competitive environments.
Proven and applied understanding of Cloud&AI solutions, covering IaaS/PaaS across infrastructure, Application Innovation, and Data&AI.
Strong understanding of Microsoft partner business models, channel sales approaches and partner incentives.
Experience using data to ground business decisions and partner sales strategies; ability to articulate market trends across DACH and adapt strategies quickly.
Active presence in DACH communities as a thought leader; trusted advisor to decision makers.
Fluency in German.
