You will communicate with debtors and insurance companies to negotiate settlements, establish payment plans, follow up on insurance claims, and resolve disputes. Key Responsibilities Contact debtors and insurers worldwide in a professional, assertive, and courteous manner. Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution. Use specialized databases and research tools to locate debtors and obtain updated contact information. Conduct a high volume of outbound collection calls (approx. 85% of working time). Negotiate settlements and payment plans to recover outstanding balances. Document all collection activity clearly and accurately. Resolve disputes and act as the link between creditors and debtors. Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, client requests, and reports. Ensure compliance with international debt collection and data protection standards. Consistently meet and exceed collection targets. Requirements Bilingual proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (professional level) plus native fluency in another major language.
