Overview of the job :
Customer Service Ecommerce Ambassador at Christian Louboutin, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA to clients, driving customer loyalty through exceptional service. Acting as a personal shopper, your goal is to provide tailored shopping experiences, solve customer queries, and maximize sales opportunities across all channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
Main tasks and responsabilities:
Customer Service Excellence & Sales
* Deliver exceptional service by embodying Christian Louboutin values in every client interaction.
* Act as a personal shopper: engage clients, offer tailored recommendations, and drive sales through insightful product knowledge.
* Handle all customer inquiries with efficiency, elegance, and a customer-centric approach, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.
* Maximize every client interaction to achieve sales goals, identifying opportunities to enhance the shopping experience and encourage purchases.
Product Knowledge & Expertise
* Master all product lines to provide expert advice, emphasizing craftsmanship, design, and care.
* Continuously update product knowledge through training, meetings, and hands-on experience.
* Track customer preferences and trends to contribute insights into future product development and buying strategies.
Customer Relationship & Clienteling
* Cultivate strong client relationships, maintaining a personalized approach to client interactions both on and offline.
* Use CRM tools to track client preferences, driving long-term loyalty and repeat business.
* Collaborate with boutiques to seamlessly blend online and offline experiences, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
Team Collaboration & Results-Oriented
* Work with your team to support each other during peak times and ensure seamless operations.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the growth and success of the brand.
* Provide constructive feedback to teammates and actively participate in a positive, collaborative work culture.
Profile and skills requirements :
Experience
* 1-2 years in retail, customer service, or e-commerce, ideally within luxury products or services.
* Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce a plus) and clienteling tools.
Languages
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus, especially Italian, German and Spanish

* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Sales-driven, with a focus on converting interactions into sales opportunities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-centric mindset with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
