We’re inviting experienced independent management consultants to join our Founding Partner Program – a 12‑month contract to use our AI platform with your existing clients, provide structured feedback, and help shape the future of consulting technology.
This is an independent contractor role (not employment). Participants engage as external consultants and retain full client ownership.
Platform Partnership Compensation
* Complimentary platform access for the entire term.
* Bonuses for high‑quality project participation and documented case studies (client permission required).
* Referral fees: 15% of annual contract value for new customers obtained through your referrals.

Responsibilities
* Use the platform with 1–4 of your own consulting engagements quarterly.
* Run AI‑powered stakeholder interviews and deliver enhanced insights.
* Maintain full client ownership and project relationships.
* Participate in monthly 60‑minute structured feedback sessions and document platform use.
* Provide anonymized case examples (client permission) and share product insights with the team.
* Join the exclusive community of founding consultants and help shape the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years in management consulting.
* Background at a top‑tier firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, or leading boutique consulting firm).
* Currently operating as an independent consultant with an active client base.
* Minimum 2–4 consulting engagements annually where the platform could be deployed.
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
* Comfortable working with AI‑powered tools and technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in strategy development, change management, digital transformation, ESG/Sustainability, M&A integration, or organizational design.
* Established client relationships in enterprise organizations.
* Multi‑industry or cross‑border consulting experience.
* Fluency in multiple languages.
* Experience with qualitative research or stakeholder engagement methodologies.

Contract Terms

* Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor in Switzerland.
* You retain 100% ownership of client relationships.
