Overview We are seeking a motivated and engaged individual to join our team at our Glattbrugg (Zurich) location as Multinational Client Coordinator (w/m/d) .
What You Will Do Implement and coordinate complex international insurance programs.
Ensure compliance with our policies and service levels, including documentation and delivery times.
Maintain and monitor the payment flow of insurance premiums.
Collaborate closely with underwriting on quotes and program renewals, aligned with legal requirements and international insurance market standards.
Serve as a contact person for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively and purposefully with teams, clients, and brokers.
Support the team manager with projects and special tasks.
What You Bring Economics or insurance-related education or studies; additional qualifications (e.g., Fachausweis, HF) are advantageous.
Experience handling complex international insurance programs.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
High initiative and ability to prioritize diverse tasks.
Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented work approach.
Strong customer service orientation and good time management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
