Principal Specialist Consultant at BioTalent, part of the IN Group | Quality within Pharma, Biopharma and Biotech - DACH - EU
BioTalent is exclusively partnered with a biotech CDMO to support the hire of an Operational GMP Trainer with expertise in GMP Aseptic and DP filling.
This role will offer you
* The opportunity to lead aseptic training programs, support onboarding and audits, manage qualification records, and drive cross-departmental improvements while supporting the growth and development of the organization.
You will be responsible for
* Delivering practical training on aseptic practices, cleanroom behavior, and GMP.
* Developing and maintaining training materials, records, and qualification matrices.
* Supporting onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
* Collaborating across departments and contributing to audits and process improvements.
Requirements:
* Completed studies or equivalent training in natural sciences, technology, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in sterile filling.
* Strong GMP and aseptic knowledge, including expertise in Annex 1 guidelines.
* Clear communicator with a passion for teaching, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration; fluent in German and English.
