About The Role
Titanbay is expanding rapidly across Europe, and we are looking to grow our Sales & Distribution team with a Zurich-based Head of Region. As a strategic leader, you will establish and nurture key partnerships, foster relationships with private banks and wealth managers, and expand Titanbay's market presence in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee Titanbay's operations and strategy in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
2. Identify and prospect new partnership opportunities and manage existing relationships.
3. Sell through private banks and wealth managers to drive AUM via Titanbay's platform.
4. Translate Titanbay's offerings into seamless proposals outlining benefits for partners.
5. Develop strategies to grow accounts with intermediaries.
6. Analyse partner needs and develop tailored solutions, providing timely reporting.
7. Research target markets, create distribution presentations, and negotiate contracts.
8. Maintain knowledge of asset management solutions to serve partners effectively.
9. Create, manage, and execute a sales plan focused on delivering AUM.
10. Ensure regulatory compliance and work with the compliance team to stay updated.
Requirements
1. Experience developing institutional client relationships with a successful track record of delivering AUM.
2. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a regional team.
3. Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and well-organized.
4. Positive attitude and desire to succeed in a fast-growth investment and tech environment.
5. Ability to manage complex client requirements and support internal channels.
6. Enjoy working collaboratively in a focused team environment.
7. Strong communication skills in English and German.
8. Strong CRM discipline.
