Key Responsibilities Independent work at night
Daily mise en place for breakfast
Support for the breakfast team
Responsibility for the 24-hour room service menu between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Compliance with quality standards in the kitchen area
Compliance with specified recipes
Joint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Keen interest in team-oriented work
You enjoy working at night
Very good German and English skills.
