Overview
PM Group are seeking an experienced CSA Package Owner / Lead to join our major pharmaceutical construction project in Switzerland. This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a pharma manufacturing facility for a leading global pharmaceutical company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all CSA disciplines throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with stringent pharmaceutical industry requirements and Swiss regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
1. Direct all civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioning
2. Lead multidisciplinary CSA teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers
3. Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities
4. Ensure all deliverables meet pharma industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA requirements)
5. Identify and mitigate technical risks across CSA disciplines
6. Manage CSA budget allocation and cost control measures
7. Deliver CSA milestones in line with overall project timeline
Qualifications
8. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
9. Minimum 10+ years in senior CSA roles on major construction projects
10. Proven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech facility construction
11. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and planning requirements
12. Fluent English essential; German/French advantageous
13. Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
14. Chartered Engineer status desirable
15. Previous experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design advantageous
16. Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processes
17. Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models advantageous
