As second-in-command, the Kitchen Sous Chef has a large amount of responsibility in the kitchen.
* The Kitchen Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen.
* The Kitchen Sous Chef is responsible of the quality of the food.
* The Kitchen Sous Chef develop the academic contents for the workshop
* Takes the Head chef responsibilities in case of Absences
* Control de Daily production
* Ensure that the quality of food reach the School standard
* Organise the production and the meal plan with the Head chef
* Always research to improve the student experience in the workshop
* Organise purchased order and delivery when needed
* Ensure that all activities in kitchen - including kitchen stewarding -are the reflect of the students' Moodle course description and meet the workshop learning outcomes.
* Control the cleanness of the kitchen according to the Weekly Cleaning planning
* CFC Cuisinier ou equivalent
* Pedagogic certificate an asset
* Custumer Focus
* Almost 10 years of cooking
* Pedagogic experience
* Fluent in French and English
* Computer literate
* In constant research of improvement
