Main tasks:
* Take ownership of the end-to-end Finance & Controlling processes and SAP application landscape globally
* Lead demand management, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
* Design, optimize, and streamline finance, accounting, and closing processes within the SAP ERP environment
* Drive harmonization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and key users across international locations
* Ensure compliance with corporate finance and group controlling standards
* Influence strategic decisions through structured, clear functional requirements and business process insights
Your qualifications:
* Experienced business analyst or SAP application manager a track record of managing complex SAP/finance projects from definition to delivery
* Strong communicator and presenter, able to engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders
* Skilled at translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and creating alignment across teams
* Strategic thinker with operational understanding and hands‑on execution skills
* Degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent
* Professional background as Chartered Accountant, Controller, or equivalent with solid cost accounting knowledge
* Significant experience combining finance expertise with SAP implementation, IT understanding, and process management
* Strong knowledge of SAP-based finance solutions, IT governance, and solution architecture
* Industry experience in machinery manufacturing or similar highly desirable
* Fluent in English and German
* Willingness to travel internationally (~20%)
