Chemours is seeking a EMEA and Liquid Cooling Marketing Communications Specialist – TSS to join our growing Marketing Communications team. This position may be based at the Asturias (Spain), Geneva (Switzerland), or Brussels (Belgium) sites and will report directly to the Communications Director. EMEA-based remote applicants who are willing to travel regularly to our office locations are welcome to apply.
The EMEA and Liquid Cooling Marketing Communications Specialist will support our Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS) Business as the driving force in the EMEA marketing communications strategy and help advance the company’s liquid cooling growth venture strategy through global communications support. The role includes development of integrated account-based marketing and demand generation campaigns, promoting our products, driving brand awareness, and protecting our reputation in the market. The primary focus will be on our portfolio of sustainable refrigerants, specialty fluids, and liquid cooling solutions (Opteon).
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated, cost-effective marketing communication programs that align with regional strategies and the objectives of the Liquid Cooling Venture.
* Rapidly acquire or leverage existing knowledge of the markets served to tailor communications that resonate with target audiences.
* Lead the creation of high-impact content by synthesizing complex value propositions into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
* Manage a broad range of marketing communications tactics, including print and digital advertising, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Plan and coordinate the company’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to maximize visibility and engagement.
* Develop marketing communications materials such as literature and collateral (brochures and other content pieces) to support campaigns, events, and overall messaging efforts.
* Support account-based marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Execute digital and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster audience engagement across platforms.
* Collaborate on web-based marketing programs, public relations efforts, and multimedia projects such as photography and video production.
* Ensure strong and consistent execution of integrated communication strategies that support both corporate branding and business unit growth objectives across the region.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
* 2-3+ years of progressive B2B experience in marketing and communications, events and media relations.
* Experience in developing and executing marketing communications strategies and providing communications counsel to the business.
* Fluency verbally and with strong written communications in English is required.
* Ability to act with initiative and independence and excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
* Strong team player with excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Computer and social media literacy is critical.
* Up to 10% travel required.
Preferred
* Experience working in a global environment preferred.
* Other European languages are value adding (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
* Digital marketing experience would be a plus.
* Chemical business knowledge/experience desired.
* Familiarity with IT or tech communications.
* Proficiency with AI tools and utilizing automation.

Pay Range (in local currency): 24
Annual Bonus Target 8%
The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
