IT Support Specialist
Location: Luzern, Switzerland
Type: Dispatch / Part-time
Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Description: BCIC Swiss GmBH is looking for an on-site IT Support Specialist in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
* Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
* Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
* Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010.
* Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS to assist Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
* Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
* Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools for network and hardware/software troubleshooting.
* Have broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Work effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Valid work permit.
* Extensive IT knowledge and experience.
* Several years of professional support experience, including solution design and evaluation.
