We are opening a position for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. This role is part of a large-scale transformation program focused on modernizing telephony systems across the organization, requiring close coordination with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership
Oversee the operational execution of the different implementation streams
Monitor overall progress and provide regular reporting on the program status
Collaborate closely with other program managers, project managers, and delivery teams
Identify interdependencies and anticipate integration-related risks
Ensure alignment between program activities and strategic objectives
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Higher education degree, ideally at Master’s level or equivalent
Proven track record in program or project management with successful deliveries
Ability to quickly grasp complex environments and topics
Strong balance between strategic vision and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across both technical and business teams
High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
Experience in telephony systems such as Genesys (or others)
Experience with telephony or contact center solutions is a plus
Fluency in French and English
