To complete the Industrialisation team within the Swatch BU, we are looking for a:

Job Description

• Industrial project management : Lead projects related to the integration of new production means and optimisation of assembly processes.
• Industrialisation : Implement manufacturing processes and ensure their compliance with technical requirements.
• Technical writing : Draft specifications for equipment, prepare documentation and manage tender follow-ups.
• Economic analysis and investment management : Assess project profitability, submit investment requests and monitor budgets.
• Coordination and collaboration : Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Equipment commissioning : Oversee the commissioning of assembly and testing installations, including training production teams.
• Process support: Provide technical support in product development and ensure process optimisation throughout their lifecycle.
• Ramp-up and testing: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.

Profile

• Higher education degree in microtechnology, mechanics, automation or a related technical field

Required skills

• Flexible, agile and stress-resistant, you are solution-oriented and possess good persuasive skills
• Autonomous, proactive and with a strong initiative spirit, you are inventive and pragmatic
• Open to consensus and with a strong team spirit, you nevertheless have good persuasive power
• You have excellent communication skills

Languages

• Fluency in French, good knowledge of German and/or English required
