Denna position rapporterar till:

Sales Support Manager

Our organization is responsible for delivering the entire electrification for Mining projects worldwide. From high voltage to signal voltage, from local control to the plant automation systems from small motors to large speed-controlled mill drives up to 28 MW all interconnected installed and commissioned ready for operation.

The technical sales team plays an important role in leading the technical proposal and in developing an optimized technical solution. A customer proposal is your base and motivation to optimize the electrical system as you can assess the effects and consequences of your newly proposed solution.

We are looking for a person who combines expertise in large-scale electrical systems with leadership skills developed through projects with interdisciplinary responsibilities. Someone who sees opportunities in challenging tasks, is open-minded, and is able to develop new solutions by solution-oriented creativity.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Functionally leading and guiding a technical team of different disciplines and multiple country organizations

Preparing commercially and technically optimized offers for an electrical plant system solution or a Gearless Mill Drive solution in close cooperation with the front sales manager

Additionally, preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex system solutions

Preparing overall offer documents and costing, ensuring all product offers align with the project’s offer strategy as well as leading an offer team or contribute as a team member and providing technical support for technical meetings, negotiations, and related activities

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power engineering

At least ten years’ experience relating to electrification in systems business (power plants, mining, cement, or similar)

Practical experience in commissioning is welcome

Well-developed analytical abilities and capacity to grasp complex technical issues quickly and effectively

Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide—travel commitment up to 15%

Demonstrated skills in sales/consulting are an advantage

Fluent command of English
