We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to support the team during the summer season.
Location: Ultima Gstaad, Switzerland
Contract: Summer Seasonal
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operations of all F&B, including breakfast, dinner service, bar and room service
* Support the F&B Manager in managing, training, and coordinating the entire restaurant and bar team
* Ensure exceptional service standards for luxury and UHNW guests
* Assist with inventory, cost control, orders and service quality
* Contribute to creating a memorable guest experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
* Experience with high-end international clientele (UHNW)
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Fluent in English; French and/or additional language is a plus
* Motivation to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality environment
* Wine knowledge
