Veeva surpassed $2B in revenue last fiscal year and continues to grow rapidly.Key values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, Speed.We are a Work Anywhere company supporting flexible work arrangements.The RoleAs the Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you will represent the Vault Development cloud and Quality Solutions (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Safety) for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. You will nurture and expand relationships, win new business, oversee renewals, and consistently offer innovative solutions.What You'll DoManage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level.Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working.Serve as custodian for your customers, focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them.Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges.Act with urgency, integrity, and focus on the customer.Meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.Requirements3+ years of combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.Excellent account planning and execution skills.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level.Must be highly self‑motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.A passion for solving customer business problems.Must have a team‑first mentality.Business‑level fluency in French and English; German beneficial.Nice to Have3+ years of account management within the Life Science industry.Understanding of R&D software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety.Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries worldwide.Seniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeIndustries: Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, Pharmaceutical ManufacturingAs an equal opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
