We are looking for a Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Advisor for the EMEA region, who will be at the forefront of an exciting journey!
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Go-To-Market EMEA, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders within the regional organization and global marketing structure. The successful candidate will receive direct support from expert functions to achieve their objectives.
About Can-Am: Can-Am is an established leader in the off-road market, renowned for its ATVs and Side-by-Side vehicles that deliver exceptional performance and handling for recreational and heavy-duty tasks. Our mission is to enable farmers and professionals to experience and utilize Can-Am products effectively.
We seek an enthusiastic and action-oriented marketer with a strong drive to implement 360 regional consumer engagement tactics across various touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Marketing Strategy: Contribute to shaping the 360-degree consumer engagement plan aligned with regional business priorities.
* Campaigns, Content & Storytelling: Support regional campaign deployment, oversee website content quality, and ensure high standards.
* Go-To-Market Activation: Assist in executing initiatives such as trade shows, demo days, PR, and community events, ensuring seamless integration with local teams.
* Product Launches: Manage impactful annual product launches with timely asset availability.
* Retail & Dealer Marketing: Deploy promotional programs and tools to support dealer marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
* Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management
* Interest or experience in powersports, automotive, or outdoor industries
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus
* Proactive attitude: accountable, adaptable, pragmatic, and focused on delivering impactful results.
* Collaborative mindset: team player with transparent communication skills.
* Experience working in an international matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration.
* Passion for innovation and trend integration, with a creative mindset that challenges the status quo.
The role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with approximately 10% travel expected.
