Your main tasks
Wine Steward (Caviste)
 * Daily stock control in the cellar and wine cellar
 * Preparing wine orders and replenishing the cellar stock from the central cellar
 * Preparing orders for mineral water, beer, and spirits
 * Refilling and mise-en-place in the cellar and all refrigerators
 * Checking stock against the wine list and communicating any changes to the central F&B office
 * Preparing orders for the bar and kitchen and delivering them
 * Preparing all beverages for banquets and aperitifs
Commis De Rang
 * Supporting the Chef de Rang in all tasks
 * Mise en place and clearing duties
 * Serving food and beverages (half board and à la carte)
Your profile
 * Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry (restaurant specialist or similar) is desirable
 * Initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy/hospitality is an advantage
 * Very good command of German and English; French is an asset
 * Experience with an international clientele
 * A host personality with excellent interpersonal skills
