You will help shape the future of Nutreco’s Garden of the Future by putting solid HR foundations in place, enabling the team to focus on innovation, science and impact. /ph3What you’ll do /h3pIn this six-month interim assignment, you will build on the existing HR fundamentals to further enable NuGaFu to grow effectively and compliantly. Your responsibilities will include: /pullipServe as the temporary first point of contact for employees and managers in Arbon, supporting them with Employee and Manager Self-Service and ensuring HR operational excellence. /p /lilipEnsure compliance with Swiss labor law and all local regulatory requirements. /p /lilipImplement and maintain primary HR processes, including: /p /lilipOnboarding and offboarding /p /lilipAbsence and illness management /p /lilipRegion-specific rules and extraordinary local regulations /p /lilipOther core HR processes as defined by organizational standards /p /lilipLead the implementation of HRIS Workday, ensuring all primary HR processes are correctly configured and fully functional. /p /lilipOwn the knowledge transfer to the HR Service Center and relevant stakeholders, ensuring long-term sustainability. /p /lilipMaintain accurate HR documentation, such as our existing Employee Handbook, and reporting to ensure structure, clarity, and continuity. /p /li /ulh3Who we’re looking for /h3pWe’re seeking a hands‑on HR professional who is structured, accountable, and ready to take ownership from day one.
