Your Responsibilities
1. You lead technical projects related to electrical and electronic systems (E/E) and software within Defence programs
2. You drive continuous improvement and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external partners
3. You develop system roadmaps based on component and function breakdowns, aligned with engine and machine architecture
4. You act as the interface for control systems deliverables between Liebherr Project Managers and customers
5. You represent control systems in project and customer meetings, reporting to both project and line management
6. You coordinate and manage ECU adaptations based on Defence project requirements
7. You oversee Defence-specific electronic and hardware adaptations
8. You support the FRACAS process for issue resolution and improvement
9. You serve as a stakeholder for Defence-specific HW/SW architecture and align with vehicle manufacturers/integrators
10. You act as a stakeholder for Defence-specific E/E components
Your Profile
11. You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software Development, or a similar qualification
12. You have several years of experience in control systems project management within the automotive or off-road industry
13. You possess very good knowledge of engine development processes and embedded software and hardware development
14. You bring project management training or certification, with advanced skills in MS Project
15. You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident leadership presence
16. You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and openness to change
17. You are fluent in English, and additional languages are an asset
