Position Summary The Client Intake specialist is the first point of contact for all new and returning clients. This role is critical in ensuring client information is handled with precision, follow-ups are timely, and files are processed accurately. You’ll report directly to the Client Experience Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations smooth and professional.
