The Global Head of Tax holds a highly strategic and operational leadership position within Accelleron and is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the company’s global tax function. This role ensures full tax compliance, mitigates tax risks, optimizes the organization’s effective tax rate, and supports the business in its global activities and growth ambitions. With over 45 legal entities across more than 50 jurisdictions, the position operates in a diverse and complex environment, requiring deep expertise in international tax law, regulatory frameworks, and the ability to lead a multicultural and geographically dispersed tax organization. The Global Head of Tax reports directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and regularly interacts with the Executive Committee, senior leadership team, and the Audit Committee.

1. Develop and execute the global tax strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall objectives. Identify emerging tax risks and opportunities and proactively position the company to respond to evolving domestic and international tax regulations.
