Job Description
* Define program and project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with divisional strategy.
* Develop, maintain, and control program and project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Critically challenge project estimates to ensure realistic and high-quality planning.
* Establish and enforce program governance frameworks across stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
* Identify project dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-project programs.
* Proactively assess resource needs and balance priorities with department heads.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure alignment across Operations, R&D, and Product teams.
* Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor execution.
* Track progress, report status, and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
* Prepare and lead stage-gate reviews with evidence-based recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
* Technical education combined with formal training in Program or Project Management.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in program and project management within industrial or R&D environments.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
* Strong background in international, multicultural, matrix organizations.
* Solid command of project planning tools, ideally Microsoft Project.
* Certification in Program or Project Management (PMI or equivalent) is an advantage.
* Experience with ERP-based project financial tracking (ideally SAP) is a plus.
* Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
