Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. In order to strengthen our Business Development team in Zürich, we are looking for a:


Sales Support

You will join a global business of almost 400 investment professionals and a network of 13 offices across Europe, Asia and North America. You will report to the Country Head based in Zurich, collaborate with all the team members, and contribute to the development of our activities in Switzerland.


YOUR ROLE

* Handle enquiries from institutional and third-party distribution clients, consultants and prospects based in Switzerland.
* Organise and coordinate client events in Zurich and across Switzerland.
* Provide support for client reporting and presentations, as well as bespoke sales projects.
* Assist with the preparation and review of requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and other marketing materials.
* Provide full administrative support, including managing meetings, travel planning and expense processing for the sales team.
* Handle general correspondence, support marketing campaigns (including mass mailings), and maintain and update the CRM system.
* Act as an interface with internal departments such as Investment teams, Client Servicing, Marketing, Product Management, as well as Legal and Compliance.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of LOIM’s investment strategies across asset classes.
* Support the Country Head on transversal tasks and local business management activities.


YOUR PROFILE

* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
* You have a first relevant experience (including internship) in a client servicing, sales, or business development role within asset management or financial services.
* You have strong communication skills in English and German (French is a plus).
* You are a highly motivated team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* You demonstrate strong client orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Knowledge of the Swiss asset management landscape and local regulatory environment is an advantage.
