Cybersecurity Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, generating new business opportunities and helping expand our market presence. Your primary role will be to engage and qualify leads, paving the way for successful sales engagements by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how DuoKey’s solutions can address them.
Objectives:
Understand the expectations of prospects, accurately qualify their needs, and respond to their inquiries with precision.
Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling to introduce DuoKey solutions, sparking interest and generating leads.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-ups designed to increase customer interest in DuoKey products.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable on the phone and adaptable in messaging.
Persistent and solution-oriented.
Interested in technology or security sectors.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).

Interview Process:
Initial discussion with HR (30 minutes, video call).
Technical interview with Sales Director and Head of Marketing (40 minutes, video call).
Final interview with CEO (30 minutes, video call).
