They are searching for a Senior EHS Lead to join their world-class team across two manufacturing sites in Visp, Switzerland. You will be responsible for:
 * Leading the EHS strategy across two sites, ensuring full compliance with Swiss and international regulations (SUVA, EKAS, EU, ICH, ISO, OSHA).
 * Designing and implementing EHS policies, risk assessments, training, and procedures across chemical safety, biosafety, waste management, and emergency preparedness.
 * Acting as the key EHS contact for health authority inspections, audits, and third-party evaluations, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders.
 * Driving continuous improvement by using EHS KPIs, incident investigations, corrective actions, and innovative solutions to elevate site performance.
You will bring the following:
 * A degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Auditor are highly desirable).
 * At least 10 years of EHS experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing, ideally within GMP-compliant settings.
 * Proven expertise in managing regulatory inspections and audits.
 * Knowledge of Swiss EHS legislation is highly advantageous.
 * Fluency in English and German with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
