Your Responsibilities
* Evaluate integration and performance of hydraulic components on customer machines during commissioning phases
* Provide technical assistance to OEMs during development, particularly for functional issues with hydraulic systems
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor field validation tests to ensure product reliability and performance under real operating conditions
* Acquire and process long-term data and load spectra to support durability and application-specific validation
* Analyze deviations observed during end-of-line testing and assess their potential impact on machine applications
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Solid knowledge or experience of hydraulic systems in product development, testing, or application engineering, with a focus on axial piston pumps, motors, and hydraulic valves
* Experience in using sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, displacement) and conducting signal analysis for diagnostics and performance evaluation
* Strong autonomy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in field and test-related context
* Clear customer orientation with a proactive, solution-driven mindset, and effective communication skills
* Willingness to travel 6–10 times per year, primarily within Europe, to support customer activities, field tests, and commissioning phases
* Good command of German, French, and English (spoken and written)
