Responsibilities
Meets customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer mission statement
Builds an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
Prepares and stocks / replenishes merchandise
Adhering to VM standards
Ensuring a clean and orderly sales floor
Undertake cashiering activities (without closing out cash).
Closes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to established guidelines to safeguard cash on hand (if applicable)

Competencies of a Retail Professional
Required education and experience / minimum requirement
0-3 years retail experience
Training as a salesperson desirable
Preferably 1-2 months of work experience in sports and / or fashion retail
Good to very good German language skills
Basic knowledge of English
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, ability to work in a team
Basic spelling and math skills, communication skills
