PpbDescription /b /p /p :pbThe opportunity /b /ppbr/We are looking for a proactive and fast-learning HR Operations Specialist to temporarily join our team and support the Employee Lifecycle Immigration processes. br/This is a temporary position for 12 months and requires someone who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and deliver high-quality service in a dynamic, international environment. /ppbr/bHow you’ll make an impact /b /plipManage and execute immigration processes for local hires and business travel, handling all types of work and residence permits from start to finish /p /lilipEnsure compliance with Swiss immigration regulations and internal procedures /p /lilipProvide high-level HR Operations support to HR colleagues, business managers, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing aligned with our Service Level Agreements /p /lilipAct as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, offering clear and concise guidance on policies and procedures /p /lilipHandle activities across the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding /p /lilipIdentify and suggest improvements based on feedback and operational experience /p /lilipParticipate in process improvement projects and collaborate closely across HR Operations, HR Functions, and HR Business Partners /p /lipbr/bYour background /b /plipYou hold a Swiss federal vocational certificate in HR or equivalent further education, ideally with a focus on immigration or HR Operations /p /lilipMinimum 2 years of experience in an international environment, ideally in immigration or HR Operations /p /lilipSolid understanding of Swiss labor law and immigration procedures /p /lilipProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and ticketing tools is a plus /p /lilipStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /p /lilipAbility to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines /p /lilipExcellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a resilient, flexible mindset /p /lilipA team player who works independently and takes initiative /p /lilipFluent in German and English; Italian or French is a plus /p /lipbMore about us /b /ppbr/Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.br/ /pppbQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
