That requires discipline across engineering, safety, and how we run the business, including finance. /p pWe are based in Sion, with a growing international footprint, and we are entering a pivotal new phase, expanding our operations and building the foundation for the next stage of electric aviation. /p h3bYour Role /b /h3 pReporting to the CFO, you will be a core member of a small, hands on finance team. There is no large back office behind you. You own your topics end to end, from transactions through to reporting, and you make things work in practice. /p pThis role suits someone technically solid who is comfortable getting into the detail, building structure where needed, and stepping back to support business decisions. /p h3bWhat you'll do /b /h3 ul liOwn day to day accounting and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance /li liManage quarterly closings and consolidated group reporting across multiple entities /li liRun the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact for external auditors /li liDrive the budgeting cycle and forecast updates in collaboration with operational teams /li liWork on financial modelling to support planning, decision making, and business scenarios /li liContribute to business finance topics including: ul liProduct costing /li liPricing and RFPs /li liCost control and cash management /li liFinancial planning and analysis /li /ul /li /ul h3bWhat we're looking for /b /h3 ul liBrevet Fédéral in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent qualification such as ACCA or CPA, is a strong plus, with preference for candidates currently pursuing it. /li liAround 5 or more years of experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally in a hands on environment /li liSolid knowledge of Swiss GAAP. IFRS or US GAAP is a plus /li liStrong Excel skills and practical experience with at least one ERP system /li liFluent in French and English /li /ul pbAnd just as important /b /p ul liYou take ownership and are comfortable working independently /li liYou are technically rigorous but pragmatic when needed /li liYou communicate clearly with both finance and non finance stakeholders /li liYou are comfortable in a small team where everyone contributes beyond their title /li liYou can navigate a fast moving environment where not everything is fully defined /li /ul pThis role has a direct impact on how the company operates and scales.
