We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Switzerland.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include: Cash management (Group and non-Group)Preparing and monitoring weekly reports on the balances of all bank accounts Managing bank account transactions: investments, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, etc.
Budgets and reporting Preparing monthly budgets Preparing the Group's consolidated accounts Preparing the analytical review Participating in the preparation of the P&L (Profit & Loss)Support for financial projects Support any ad hoc or specific financial projects at the CEO's request, Invoicing Prepare invoices, Follow up on payments and any reminders, Intra-group payments and monitoring Paying invoices between subsidiaries Monitoring Group loans and associated financial obligations Collaboration: Work with the group's various subsidiaries, Work with internal and external fiduciaries.
Required skills and profile: Master's degree in Finance (HEC type) or Swiss Accounting Diploma Very good command of financial management, accounting, and reporting tools, Excellent command of French and English (both spoken and written - minimum C1 level), Strong analytical and organizational skills, Rigorous, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
