Clinical Operations Coordinator Role

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage clinical trials from start to finish.

2. Organize and review trial-related documents and site files.
\
3. Prepare and distribute study materials.
\
4. Manage non-clinical supplies delivery and tracking.
\
5. Finalize and execute site contracts and insurance certificates.
\
6. Maintain trial information in the management system.
\
7. Evaluate electronic document filing and archiving.
\
8. Support reviewing procedures and organizing meetings.
\
9. Assist with contracts, agreements, and invoices.
\
\
Key Skills and Qualifications:
\
\
10. Experience in clinical research is beneficial.
\
11. Strong English communication skills.
\
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
\
13. Problem-solving skills and teamwork capability.
\
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

15. Willingness to travel occasionally.
