JOB DESCRIPTION pbAt Ecolab /b, you will have the opportunity to apply and expand your expertise in bprocess and equipment engineering /b, supporting the design and delivery of advanced bwater treatment solutions /b. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to equipment selection, technical specifications, and engineering documentation that ensure bsafe, compliant, and high‑quality project execution /b. /ppbHow you'll make an impact: /b /plipSelect and specify process equipment including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, pumps, and control valves. /p /lilipPerform material selection for piping, valves, vessel internal parts and structural components based on chemical compatibility, material, pressure, temperature conditions, and applicable norms. /p /lilipDefine piping components, valves, and instrumentation in alignment with process requirements and project specifications. /p /lilipDevelop and review PIDs and ensure correct representation of equipment, instrumentation, and control functions. /p /lilipPrepare and maintain datasheets, technical specifications, engineering lists, and equipment documentation packages. /p /lilipSupport project managers with technical input, equipment clarifications, and participation in design reviews. /p /lilipReview vendor documents, datasheets, fabrication drawings, and project final documentation. /p /lilipPerform source inspection at manufacturers’ facilities and provide site support during construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality requirements, and project standards. /p /lipbQualifications: /b /plipBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. /p /lilip2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment design, process equipment engineering, or water/chemical/pharma projects. /p /lilipStrong understanding of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and valve technologies. /p /lilipFamiliarity with design standards: PED, EN13445, EN13480, ASME VIII, API, ISO. /p /lilipAbility to interpret engineering documents, specifications, and process information. /p /lilipStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation. /p /lilipAbility to perform, check, and review technical calculations for selected process equipment (. pressure loss, valve sizing). /p /lilipVT2 (Visual Testing Level 2) qualification required; International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification is considered a strong advantage. /p /lilipEffective communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment. /p /lilipProficiency in English strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
