Specialist, QA Policy & Governance (Temporary)
We're recruiting for a Specialist, QA Policy & Governance for an international organization active in health product procurement to strengthen its Quality Assurance framework across sourcing, supply, and delivery of health products.
Key responsibilities
* Develop, review, and improve QA policies and guidelines aligned with international standards
* Support QA policy governance, implementation, and monitoring across the value chain
* Provide expert advice on QA requirements and operationalization
* Contribute to QA data, KPIs, and IT tools for performance monitoring
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on QA policy matters
Profile
* Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Law, or related field
* Strong experience in Quality Assurance management and policy development
* Experience in international or regulated environments
* Proven stakeholder engagement and cross‘functional collaboration skills
* QA or quality‘related certification an asset
