About the Role As a Sales Representative, you will drive growth of our spirits portfolio across Zürich & Aargau, leading partnerships across On‑Trade and selected Off‑Trade channels. You will have full accountability for performance in your territory, covering distribution, visibility, commercial agreements and execution in market.
Responsibilities Build strong customer relationships and support existing accounts.
Lead regular business reviews, identify needs and implement clear growth plans.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and plans, adapting approach to partners as needed.
Complete distribution strategy within your territory to strengthen partnerships and deliver performance targets.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date territory data, including performance tracking, customer details and outlet changes, and use data to prioritise actions.
Use digital tools consistently to manage accounts, track activity and support execution.
Maintain focus on long‑term goals, respond constructively to challenges and keep momentum within your area.
Qualifications Fluency in German and English.
2–5 years’ experience in sales / field sales or gastronomy.
Experience in beverages, FMCG and HoReCa highly preferred.
Full Driver’s license (Category B) with at least 12 months of active driving experience.
Willingness to travel within the region.
