* Master the Flow: Lead the end-to-end execution of clinical supply studies, from production forecasting to final delivery at clinical sites.
* Quality Guardian: Review and approve technical docs—think clinical labels, master batch records, and pharmacy manuals—ensuring everything is 100% compliant with GMP standards.
* Strategic Architect: Provide expert recommendations on packaging design, blinding strategies, and distribution logistics to optimize global supply chains.
* Tech & Data Savvy: Drive data accuracy within IRT systems and maintain real-time inventory reports that keep the wheels turning.
* Problem Solver: Monitor production schedules and jump in with corrective actions whenever timelines are at risk.
Why You’ll Crush It
* Education: You hold a University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
* The Experience: You’ve spent at least 3 years in the clinical supply trenches and feel right at home in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Excel Wizardry: You don't just "use" spreadsheets; you master them. Advanced Excel skills are your secret weapon.
* Precision & Agility: You have a hawk-eye for detail but can pivot quickly when priorities shift in a fast-paced setting.
* Communication: You’re a bridge-builder who communicates clearly across different functions and cultures.
