Your Impact:
You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and stability of our Client's supply chain, bridging data, systems, and strategic decisions:
Process Improvement & Project Leadership
* Drive efficiency by actively shaping and optimizing processes across supply chain management (SCM), leading exciting cross-departmental and international projects.
* Develop and independently implement systematic solutions for robust supply chain risk management.
* Monitor and evaluate key SCM cycles, including procurement, planning, inventory management, and the entire product lifecycle within your scope.
Data Analysis & Tool Development
* Create and maintain powerful controlling tools (SAP reports and sophisticated Excel files, including Power Query and dashboard design) to enhance supply process oversight.
* Generate regular reports and statistics that provide the analytical foundation for line managers' strategic decision-making.
* Support critical analyses related to optimizing delivery times and managing inventory levels across the full product lifecycle.
Collaboration & International Coordination
* Collaborate closely with international branches and various internal departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management) on diverse projects and analytical tasks.
What You Bring:
* Foundation: Completed technical or commercial basic training is required.
* Expertise: Professional experience in a commercial environment or further education focused on Process, Product, or Supply Chain Management (e.g., Certified Business Process Technician, Industrial Engineering).
* Ideal Experience: Practical SCM experience (e.g., scheduling, purchasing, planning) within an international industrial company is a strong advantage.
* System Acumen: Solid user knowledge of SAP (MM, PLC, PP modules) and advanced Excel skills (Power Query, dashboard creation).
* Languages: Very good German and good English skills (minimum B1 level).
* Mindset: High enthusiasm for project work and process optimization.
* Core Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify dependencies in complex processes and drive effective improvements.
* Work Style: Analytical, goal-oriented, and independent approach, coupled with a quick grasp of new concepts and a high degree of reliability and personal responsibility.
