An engaged and multinational team will be happy to introduce you into our environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Account Managers to understand customer pain points and business goals during bids. /li liTranslate needs into structured, value‑driven service solution concepts. /li liDesign comprehensive service agreements and lifecycle programs tailored to enterprise needs. /li liLeverage digital, remote, analytics, and outcome‑based service models. /li liDevelop scalable, technically sound solutions based on installed systems, data, and compatibility, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, connectivity, and portfolio standards. /li liPromote digital, cloud, and analytics‑driven services including diagnostics and optimization. /li liDrive adoption of outcome‑based, performance‑focused service contracts. /li liBalance scope, value, and cost while leading pricing for digital service offerings, coordinating globally to ensure competitive, profitable, and differentiated proposals. /li liAlign with countries and Digital Service Center to validate solutions and ensure smooth execution, overseeing estimates, delivery handover, and ongoing service ownership and reporting. /li liEngage customers with pre‑sales thought leadership and strategic insights. /li liBuild internal capabilities through training, workshops, demos, and webinars. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Economics (or comparable). /li li5+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years across diverse roles) in service solution design, presales, digital services, consulting, or enterprise B2B environments. /li liProven experience supporting enterprise bids and translating customer needs into commercial service solutions. /li liStrong knowledge of Building Automation, HVAC, Fire Safety, Energy Systems, and lifecycle service models. /li liSolid understanding of Digital Services, including remote services, cloud solutions, analytics, and data‑driven offerings. /li liExpertise in OT/IT integration, building data analytics, and Fault Detection Diagnostics. /li liStrong technical and analytical capability to navigate complex systems and develop structured, solution‑oriented approaches. /li liCommercially astute with consultative skills, able to articulate clear value‑driven, outcome‑based propositions. /li liEffective communicator and influencer across account teams, program managers, and senior stakeholders in global bid environments. /li liSelf‑driven, resilient, and adaptable, with strong ownership and the ability to perform in fast‑paced international settings. /li liFluent in English (spoken and written). /li liRole may be home office based within Europe with global customer engagement. /li /ul h3Employee Benefits /h3 ul li2‑3 days per week of mobile working is standard. /li liMobility allowance. /li liVaried further training opportunities. /li liAccess to employee share programmes. /li liFurther information about employee benefits can be found here. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
