The Project Engineer – CAPEX is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of capital investment projects on site. This includes managing scope, budget, timeline, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The role supports strategic site development and ensures alignment with operational and sustainability goals.
Responsabilities
* Manage capital projects from basic design to execution and qualification/validation and deliver on time, within budget and according to defined specifications.
* Ensure the required quality, regulations and guidelines compliance.
* Build, coordinate and manage the project teams, cross functional, local or regional.
* Manage all project -related documentation such as qualification (“DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ”) and requirement specifications.
* Perform project controls for cost and schedule according to engineering standards: Measure progress, forecast cost spend and initiate preventative and corrective actions if needed.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field).
* 5 years of experience in project engineering, in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Familiarity with CAPEX budgeting and cost control.
* Fill & Finish experience is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English and German.
