Job Description
* Lead, manage and develop the analytical laboratory team
* Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Analytics Laboratory and planning of analytical activities
* Guarantee installation, qualification, maintenance and compliance of analytical and QC equipment
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations and good laboratory practices
* Act as owner of routine analytical methods and manage their full life-cycle
* Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows and laboratory efficiency
* Ensure accuracy, integrity and approval of analytical data and reports
* Act as LIMS owner for Analytics and ensure data integrity
* Manage and coordinate all stability studies (protocols, shipments, external laboratories, data review and reporting)
* Write, review and approve analytical, validation and stability study protocols and reports
* Review and approve quality documentation related to analytical activities
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Analytics Laboratory Manager or Team Leader in a pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong hands‑on expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS); knowledge of Rheology or MALS is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines (ICH, USP).
* Proven experience working with LIMS and laboratory digital systems.
* Fluent English is required; very fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
* Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
