Your mission

We in Etops are a very intensely cooperating team where every single person takes a complex responsibility for a client and/or projects from A-Z. Everyone in our team is key to our success - individually and as a team. Everyone matters. As the Client Success Manager you are the single most important relationship owner for EtopsSwiss wealth management clients. Your mission is to protect and grow ARR from a named portfolio of existing accounts (EAMs, and (multi-)family offices). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of customer advocacy, commercial growth and product influence.


Your role and responsibility

In this position you will be responsible for:

* Strategic Key Account Ownership
o Full revenue responsibility for your named accounts (upsell, cross-sell, expansion).
o Personally own C-level relationships at every key client.
o Conduct quarterly Reviews with client leadership and Etops Executive Board members.
* Growth & Expansion
o Identify and close six-figure upsell/cross-sell opportunities (additional users, new modules, AI add-ons, white-label solutions, API integrations).
o Partner with clients on their digital roadmaps to position Etops as their strategic WealthTech platform for the next 5–10 years.
* Adoption & Value Realisation
o Drive platform adoption, feature usage and best-practice implementation.
o Build and execute joint success plans with measurable ROI (time savings, cost reduction, higher client satisfaction scores).
o Organise regular on-site power-user workshops and training sessions.
* Voice of the Customer
o Act as the primary feedback channel from the most important Swiss clients into Product, Engineering and the Executive Board.
o Influence the product roadmap with real client needs.


Your experience and profile

We are looking for:

* 3–5 years of client-facing experience in WealthTech, private banking or asset-management software.
* Proven track record as a Key Account / Customer Success Manager.
* Deep understanding of Swiss wealth management workflows, regulatory requirements (FINMA, FIDLEG) and digitalisation pain points.
* Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts through upsell and expansion.
* Native Swiss-German or German + fluent French and English (Italian is a plus).
* University degree; additional qualifications such as CFA, AZEK/CIWM or digital-transformation certifications are advantageous.


Personality & Working Style

* Trusted advisor who is welcome in any boardroom in Zurich or Geneva
* Commercial DNA –thinks in ARR and expansion, not just“happy clients”
* Structured, data-driven and intolerant of sloppy CRM data
* Calm under pressure, outstanding at de-escalating and solving complex client situations
* Team player who represents the client inside Etops while representing Etops at the client

This is one of the most strategic roles in the company: you will regularly present to the Group Executive Board, travel with the CEO/CRO to client meetings and have a material influence on the future of the Etops platform.
