We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product engineering team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of experienced engineers, ensuring that technical knowledge is well-organized and shared within the organization.
You will assign team members to innovation and customer-specific projects and guide them in planning and executing their work packages. Your role will also involve supporting the team in developing high-quality products by following established processes and guidelines.
You will identify technical risks or issues and collaborate with the team to define countermeasures, as well as secure intellectual property rights for new products and ideas.
You will analyze project requests for technical feasibility and prepare estimates for costs and timelines.
Your Profile
* University degree in Life Science or Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience and at least 2 years of team leadership experience
* Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and ability to motivate and guide team members
* Knowledge of design control process, process validation and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Ability to understand the big picture as well as technical details when required
* Strategic mindset and business acumen
