Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d)
For our client F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., we are looking for an experienced Global Logistics Manager to support the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site.
In this role, you will manage global logistics operations, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost‑efficient distribution of drug products across international markets. You will coordinate supply, inventory, and replenishment flows, acting as a key interface between manufacturing sites, affiliates, and external partners.
A central focus of the role is overseeing end‑to‑end distribution processes—from product release to final delivery—while ensuring on‑time and in‑full performance. You will proactively monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross‑functional and global stakeholders, leveraging data‑driven insights to support decision‑making, optimize logistics processes, and maintain high service levels across the network.
