Overview Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP / MES Data Support Specialist - F / H / X to work on the optimization of master data and production processes within SAP and MES systems.
Responsibilities Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings in SAP and MES systems.
Finalize configuration updates for MES and ensure alignment with SAP SCM.
Perform system updates and validations for approximately 50+ article lines, with expansion to 500+ articles as the project progresses.
Conduct data clean-up activities in SAP master data (materials, routings, and production parameters).
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across SAP, MES, and SEM systems.
Manage and track updates using Excel files and standardized templates.
Develop clear documentation and process concepts for data updates and routing configurations.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams.
Act as a touchpoint between SAP, MES, and SCM stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
Support the delivery of up to 5 concurrent projects related to data migration and process optimization.
Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
You have proven experience with SAP (PP / MM / SCM) master data maintenance.
You are familiar with MES configuration and routing logic; have strong Excel skills for data handling, analysis, and reporting.
You are fluent in English.
You are detail-oriented, structured, and capable of handling large data volumes; you have excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
