We are seeking an Senior Construction Manager for a 12‑month project (with extension possibility) to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Basel Canton, overseeing major CAPEX investment projects. Start date Nov/Dec 2025.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate construction activities across multiple CAPEX projects within pharma and utilities environments.
* Oversee contractors, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and EHS compliance.
* Manage stakeholder interfaces across engineering, procurement, validation, and operations.
Your Profile
* Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* 8+ years’ experience in CAPEX or industrial construction management, ideally in pharma, biotech, or chemicals.
* Strong background in EPCM contractor management and GMP construction.
* Fluent in English; German an advantage.
