You will also showcase your leadership skills by deploying and leading projects to enhance and sustain local business performance. /p pThe work model for the role is on-site. /p pThis role is contributing to the Electrification Power Protection manufacturing department in Quartino. /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liAligning local continuous improvement strategies with ABB’s global initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and measurable impact. /li liImplementing operational excellence strategies in safety, lean production system, Internal PPAP, and cost through cross‑functional collaboration. /li liSupporting capability building by developing and delivering targeted training modules and toolkits tailored to local business needs. /li liManaging product and process development across departments and suppliers, including PFMEA, production line setup, tooling, and line feeding of material. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liMaster’s in Business Engineering and Production (or equivalent) and Green Belt certified. /li li2+ years in production engineering, specializing in Power Electronics assemblies. /li liProficient in continuous improvement tools like FMEA, Lean, 5S, Yamazumi, VSM, and ABC XYZ analysis etc. /li liExperienced with SAP, BOM analysis, and work cycle optimization. /li liSkilled in project cost evaluation and capital investment justification. /li liSafety‑focused, with dedicated commitment to workplace safety standards. /li liFluent in Italian, advanced English, both written and spoken, being a collaborative, solution‑driven communicator. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
