Responsibilities
* Play a key role with regional sales representatives in pre‑sales activities, influencing customers towards NES solutions, and responding to regional RFPs.
* Manage multiple primary and secondary existing regional accounts, handling technical queries, feature requests and completing technical requirements of purchase orders.
* Develop and present training courses for NES partners and direct customers, ensuring proficiency in the NES AMI system and products.
* Lead technical workshops, demos, training sessions and provide support for internal and external customers and partners.
* Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to develop and enhance NES products to meet customer demands.
* Establish customer relations and influence customers through consultative engagement and understanding of customer requirements.
* Contribute to partner and account strategy with sales representatives.
* Provide technical analysis, review and creation of RFP/RFQ responses.
* Manage the technical configuration of customer orders and coordinate with Operations/Training Manager.
* Develop and deliver training courses for NES standard products.
* Manage logistics (venue, accommodation, catering, training aids) for delivery of training courses to customers and internally to NES teams.
* Develop training proposals for the sales team and for input into bids.
* Obtain training course feedback and demonstrate improvement plans based on feedback.
* Provide product feedback received during training to relevant NES audiences.
* Extend training courses in time with the planned release of new products.
* Provide quarterly new‑employee onboarding basic technical training on current NES standard products.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent.
* Skilled in German (oral: very good, written: good) and English (oral: very good, written: good).
* Strong technical background and ability to manage technical configuration and training delivery.
